5x50 Challenge

DATE: 27th March to 15th May 2016

Would you like to get fitter by signing up for a physical challenge and help raise funds for DARF too?

The 5x50 challenge invites you to commit to being active day for 50 days. To take part in the challenge you can run, walk or cycle 5km a day for 50 days, or do 30 minutes of physical activity every day instead if you prefer to take part in exercise classes for example. It doesn't matter what you do, as long as you get active and you've challenged yourself.

Edinburgh Marathon Festival

DATE: 28th & 29th May 2016

Show your support for DARF by taking part in one of the Edinburgh Marathon Festival events in 2016. Whether it's the 5K, 10K, Half Marathon or Full Marathon, it will be a day you won't forget.
